Instant Systems Website Redesign

Premise:
Instant Systems leadership expressed a need to redo its company website. As part of my role as marketing associate, I was tasked with the redesign of Instant Systems' website. The old site was outdated, did not have an intuitive UI, lacked overall aesthetic, and the combination of different elements made the site run very slowly. In addition to this, the old site did not align with any clear company goals, such as increased website traffic, conversions, sales, or calls and inquiries. The sales team had expressed a pain point, that they did not want to send sales prospects to a faulty/not aesthetically pleasing website.

Our objectives were to:

Give the website a new, refreshed, modern and clean look

Identify and fix issues that were interfering with the site's processing speed

Create an easier user experience and make information easier for customers to find

Simplify user flows in order to ultimately create leads
